Like I've said, we're on half-term now, so the first part of Year 13 is over. I'm exhausted XP I'm looking forwards to lots of sleep!
Other than being sleepy, my life right now is...beautiful <3 I'm so happy at the moment. Everything is alright, and even stuff that isn't...I don't care about it! that's how good the good is!!! XD
Well, I'm sleepy so I'm gonna go do some drawing now. Ta-ta.

Ah, journal formatting. How I've missed you. It's been a while since I've done a decent journal XD
So yeah, it's been quiet...I've been drawing lots (I think I've got to the point of addiction) but none of it has seen the light...of a scanner. Laziness and complications have contributed to that.
I'm starting to see shapes in everything - in a lot of my lessons I've been doodling the people sitting near me and I'm getting the hang of shape and shading and how to hint at something without outright drawing it and making a mess. It's been pretty awesome, though sometimes my portraits look a little Picasso in style...
Anyways, I've been busy and now it's summer. Thank the spectrum for that.

Summer
I've got the best part of 5 weeks left - the first week, I really did just chill out, did some days of work and took my sisters out a few times. It was nice. But now, the real work begins!
I'm going to France from the 18th of August to the 26th - I'm really looking forward to that XD dunno why, but I am!
Hopefully by then I will have what I have been putting off for over a year - making a buffer of SuperCoffee. Yes, I know, the idea of me actually having some sort of plan is overwhelming. However, I shall persevere!
I have a little bit of summer homework, not much...some Biology notes, planning an English essay and prepwork for the stury we're doing in Psychology. Not too bad.

SuperCoffee
I've been inking SCX panels today BUT my pen ran out! Rage and anger. I'll buy like 20 tonight I swear XD
When I do start getting pages up again...I'd LOVE to do 3 a week, but I can barely trust myself to do 1 a week. SO...the update schedule will be; a page every Friday, with a bonus page on Tuesdays if my buffer allows. So 1/2 pages a week =3 keeps me happy.
I've been polishing off my plot outline...things should pick up soon as we get out of the dregs of my original, rough plan and into the depths of my GOOD plan XD
Page X should be up on Friday the 31st of July.

Stormmakers, Dreammakers and the Spaceman!!!
I MUST TELL YOU ABOUT MY BABIES. Ok, you know that song by The Killers? 'Spaceman'? The chorus goes;
The star maker says, "It ain't so bad,"
The dream maker's gonna make you mad,
The spaceman says "Everybody look down,
"It's all in your mind!"
Only thing is, I heard it as STORM maker, not star maker. And so, one fateful Psychology lesson, I doodled myself as a Stormmaker.
I now have 3 Stormmakers, 3 Dreammakers, and the Spaceman, the poor sod dragged into their feud. The 'Makers are contrasting deities, having power over the physical world and the neurological world respectively, and the Spaceman is forced to intervene when he accidentally enters their plane of being.
SO MUCH BETTER IN MY MIND. Everybody is based INCREDIBLY loosely off myself and my friends (really, similar appearances is all). And it makes me happy to draw their outfits.
No idea what I'm going to do with this goddamn story. We'll see.

Gonna be moving back into my room this week...thank god, I've been in other people's houses for a month now XD has been nice and quiet though...

Done lots of sketching. Went into a rut over the last panel of SuperCoffee IX though. Who else saw that coming? managed to get over it though, backgrund just needs inking in.

'tis a shame 'cause I wanted to update yesterday, but...not meant to be. Then again, I didn't have my colours or scanner so...I was screwed anyway XD

I'll cautiously suggest next Tuesday, the 9th, as when the page goes up. I'm back to school on the 8th, but I have no exams between now and then (just housework. mm.) so I'll work for that.

Speaking of exams! Failed my theory test by one mark -.- AND if I'd kept one of my original answers, I'd have passed...UGH. My A level exams all seem to have gone ok.

So. Starting on Monday, I have 6 weeks of Yr13, then I'm off for the summer. I fully intend to make a buffer over summer -.-

OH OH now this is the bit where I tell you why I hate being a teenager! Ok, over the last month one of my friends dumped his girlfriend for no good reason and then immediately went out for his ex! And another went out with one of his good friend's girlfriend right after she dumped him! SO those two are absolute douches. Still my friends, but...they're douches >-<

Righto, fun-fun update time.

Basically, letting you guys know that there's some stuff going on in my near-immediate future that is going to grind me to a halt. Or at least to a slow trickle.

Nothing bad - though that's subjective - just some necessary events.

First off, and most importantly, I have my A level exams (did I say nothing bad? Mi scusi.) which means revising for Psychology, the subject of trying-to-write-enough-for-a-12-mark-question, Biology, the subject of dear-god-what-comes-first-the-family-or-the-order, and English Literature, the subject of what-the-hell-do-write-next!?! Also having to prepare my Photography work for it's deadline. So until the 1st of June? Don't expect much.

Also I have my driving theory test mid-May, SO. Busy-busy-busy.

The other thing is that we're having building work on our staircase during May, and since my bedroom (and my sister's) are on the staircase, they're being sealed until the work is complete. So I'm staying at various friend's houses until I'm able to return. That means that I will not have much of my stuff with me and especially won't have any of my drawing equipment (save my sketchpad, a pencil and an eraser) so there will be nothing except sketching inbetween revision.

Basically, May, and to be honest the days leading up to that month, will be dead. I'll come online and check things every day or so, but no submissions.

SO YEAH no worries though, things will resume on 1st of June, which is the day of my last exam.

Also, SuperCoffee. Sorry for the lack of updates over the past week or so but I have been busy. The reason I've submitted all those bloody pixel dolls is because I've been using them as my 'breaks' between typing up notes and stuff XD Haven't done much traditional stuff at all. Hopefully it'll return Tuesday the 2nd of June with biweekly updates, though that could be wishful thinking. I'll try for at least one page between now and then also, since the next page IS half done...

Why? Because I don't want to use swearwords in the comic, really. Simple as. Plus 'Bitch Queen' sounds a wee bit ridiculous (Captain Emo's name stays, however)
