WIP 1 - [link]
My second WIP of Hricxs vs Mixas. Concrit will make me love you, but please read what I've written <3 Please don't comment on... -Mixas' forward leg, specifically the knee. -Mixas' nose. I didn't rub out enough of the previous sketch, so it's kinda...blobby-looking. -Mixas' disappearing coat XD Please DO comment on... -The ice fist (will be adding detail to it later)) -The general shape of Mixas' head, specifically the brow (never tried drawing them before ^.^; do it looks kinda weird) -Mixas' facial expression Other notes... -Gave them proper lips XD -I've muscled them both up now, although not too much as Hricxs is pretty skinny -Made both parts of their legs the same length XD no stupidly long thighs now! -Increased the size of Hricxs' hands -Improved Hricxs' facial expression Hopefully this picture is coming across as... Mixas: Oh SHIT D-: Hricxs: The tables have turned! >:-D Slight update to the story... Hricxs steals Mixas' mallet after the battle XD I'm presuming that the Organization's weapons are kept in some sort of alternate dimension/virtual cupboard/whatever when not in use, and that's where they're materilized from. I'm also presuming that if the weapons aren't in that dimension-cupboard, they cannot be retrieved...XD so Hricxs will have some blackmail over Mixas for a while. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. The only improvements I believe I could put forward is perhaps make the mallet's head larger. Not completely sure by how much but havin' it larger may make it look more intimidating
Sides from that, AWESOME picture with a kick-ass backstory, now we just need some battle music and we're set. If you like I can help a lil' tomorrow at my house with some drawing? Don't have to but it's an offer XD Anyways, nice job!

"Oh fuck", as you so eloquently put it, is the espression I was going for, so I'm glad that worked out X3 making Charlie bigger sounds good, I'll try that out. As for not having it coming straight from his hand, the idea was that he keeps feeding the ice, if you will, so that even when it begins to shatter it regenerates. I'll give what you suggested a go though.
When I come round tomorrow I'll bring it with me X3

As for battle music, thinking something really heavily possibly with an acoustic piece during it though for a slight moment of calm before the battle rages on

I have something similar in my mind, only heavy for most of it, with a sort of slowmotion bit in the moment in which this picture occurs, and then something slightly slower and more final, to show that the battle has been won.
